Summer Releases Victorian Lampshades and Antique Lamps

luxury Lamp & Shade summer releases

The long days of summer are upon us, and a warm wind blows outside as I write this. I hope that summer is treating you well!

Here at Elegance Lamps, I’ve been diligently sifting through luxurious antique textiles and designing new luxury silk lampshades paired with restored antique lamp bases.  In addition, I’ve been updating content on my website and reaching out on social media.  Please check the icons at the top of the homepage for your favorite social media platform—I’ll be there!

In my last blog post, I mentioned that I’d be making a few “shade only” Victorian lampshades for sale.  They were a tremendous hit and sold out quickly.  I recently completed yet another large, beaded silk lampshade in the yummiest pastel colors and genuine rose quartz beads.  In addition, I recently released a very fun restored antique Rembrandt lamp with an Art Deco stylized lampshade having truly amazing angles and beadwork.  In concert with beaded lampshades, I also created a variety of wonderful pull-chain extenders.  Why? Because no one should dig through beads to find the pull chain on their beautiful lamp.  If you need a handmade pull chain extender for your lamp, please ask and I will create something wonderful for you.  As “shade only” items are released, I’ll also provide listings for matching pull chains.

As summer progresses, I will be releasing a collection of beaded lampshades and antique lamps at once.   I will send a pre-release message to all who have signed-up for my mailing list (see the big “Subscribe” button below).  This will provide you with the opportunity to view the collection before items are available on various sales platforms.

Thanks so much for following along on my creative journey!   I’m always happy to hear from you so please do not hesitate to contact me.
