It’s a difficult time for all of us right now, forcing us all to think about our priorities, our families and our health during the pandemic. If there was ever a time to look at bright and cheerful things for a moment of pleasure, that time is now.
At Elegance Lamps, work continues as it has for years. Luxury antique lamps and Victorian lampshades are still being made and shipped, and I’m stocking-up on lampshades and lamps for you as times improve—which they inevitably will. Handmade Beaded Victorian Lampshades on a Light String by Artist Crystal Hayes
These Bohemian style Victorian lampshades with handstrung beads were created using hand-dyed silk, vintage silk textiles, and vintage trims. The beads were painstakingly strung bead-by-bead, to create the unique fringe on each lampshade. The lampshades look so beautiful on a string of holiday lights but they are designed to clip onto torpedo shaped LED lightbulbs. Small Victorian lampshades are terrific statement pieces for elegant home décor!
