Aether Victorian Lampshade Antique Lamp
“Aether” by Elegance Lamps is an ethereal and mysterious statement piece that invokes notions of Gothic cathedrals, spells of prosperity, and protection stone power.
The handmade Victorian lampshade features fine silks and a collection of antique textiles. Colors incorporated into the lampshade include purple, silver, black, and soft rose.
Finished with hand-strung sparkling faceted Czech glass, genuine amethyst rounds, silver-plated metal beads and glass spikes. The beads cast dancing prisms when illuminated by day, and curious shadows by night.
The cast metal mid-century base has been restored by a certified electrician, with new UL Listed hardware, a standard socket and is switched at the cord. The base is artfully hand-painted to match the shade, in tones of purple, silver and black.
